The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today quarterback Baker Mayfield as their club winner for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award, presented by Nationwide. This marks the first time Mayfield has been nominated for the league's most prestigious honor, which recognizes an NFL player for outstanding community service activities, as well as excellence on the field.
The Baker & Emily Mayfield Foundation were announced on Nov. 12 the recipients of the 2025 Philanthropist of the Year Award in the Family Foundation Category, presented by Tampa Bay Business and Wealth.
